For watches, please ensure they are unworn. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, a full refund will be promptly issued. Warranty Terms & Conditions 

This Watch Warranty and general item ("Warranty") is provided by Sea & Speed Ltd ("Sea & Speed") and applies to watches purchased directly from our website (www.seaandspeed.com) and all other items. By purchasing from Sea & Speed, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. The warranty period is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship. Sea & Speed will, at its discretion, repair or replace any components or the entire watch or item deemed to be defective.

3. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear or water damage.

Important Note: Vintage Watches and Water Exposure

For customers considering the purchase of vintage watches from Sea & Speed, it's crucial to note that these timepieces are not designed or covered for swimming or water-related activities. Vintage watches often come with unique features and materials that may not provide the same water resistance as modern counterparts.

Vintage watches are intended for everyday wear but are not suitable for submersion in water. Avoid exposing vintage watches to water, moisture, or humidity to preserve their condition and prevent potential damage.

Care and Maintenance Recommendations:

-Refrain from wearing vintage watches during activities involving water, such as swimming, showering, or washing hands.

If accidental exposure to water occurs, promptly dry the watch with a soft cloth and store it in a cool, dry place.

Regularly check the watch's seals and gaskets to ensure they remain intact, as these components may degrade over time.

Not Covered by Water Damage Warranty

Any water damage resulting from swimming or submersion is not covered under the warranty.

At Sea & Speed, we value the authenticity and character of vintage watches. To ensure the longevity of your vintage timepiece, please adhere to these guidelines and contact our customer care team for further assistance or information. 

4. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer care team at info@seaandspeed.com. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

5. Sea & Speed will, at its discretion, repair the watch using new or refurbished parts or replace it with an equivalent model. If the exact model is not available, a watch of equal value will be provided.

6. Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to Sea & Speed for warranty service. Sea & Speed will cover the cost of return shipping.

7. Any attempt to open the watch case by unauthorized persons will void the warranty.

8. Sea & Speed's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the watch. Sea & Speed is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

9. Sea & Speed reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time, with changes effective for subsequent purchases.
